🛎️ Production Timeline

1.Designer contact within 24hrs post-order to finalize:

  • Design requirements
  • Production timeline (7-30 business days standard / extended for complexity)

2.Rush service:

  • +20% fee | Minimum 5 business days

🔒 Deposit Protocol

1.50% non-refundable deposit required after confirming:

  • Product dimensions
  • Preliminary design concept

2.Unpaid deposits release production slot after 48hr grace period

3.Deposit refunds only for studio-caused cancellations

🔴 Deposit = 50% of product price (excludes rush fees/special packaging)
🔴 Buyer-initiated cancellations: Deposit converts to 180-day store credit (non-withdrawable)

🚚 Balance & Shipping

1.Post-completion deliverables:

  • HD showcase video

2.72hr review window:

  • Confirm & pay balance → 1-3 business day dispatch
  • No response = auto-approval → Balance invoice on Day 4

  • Recommend ordering 4 weeks pre-need
